Thanks to the contributions of private individuals and companies, the PAUSE Scholarship Foundation has awarded 46 scholarships since 1982. These scholarships have provided alumni with exceptional opportunities for HR and leadership development through international studies and hands-on experience.

Furthermore, the alumni’s scholarship reports contribute to the advancement of knowledge in current HR and leadership issues, benefiting Swedish international business and others interested in the field.

The Board of Directors of PAUSE works on a voluntary basis without receiving any fees.

Please feel free to contact us if you would like to learn more about how you can support our work. This can involve offering alumni placements at international universities/management schools or internationally operating companies abroad, for instance.
